We are looking for customer service representatives to join our  team.  This position will be dedicated to support our consumers

The ideal candidate must have a passion for problem solving and communicating with a diverse group of customers from around the world.  He/she should have experience working in a call center and be comfortable handling customer support. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
  • Call customers to verify account information and resolve any issues
  • Assist with placement of orders or refunds as needed
  • Assist with high importance requests and escalate cases to internal and external partners as needed
  • Prioritize and answer customer cases
  • Plan, monitor and report daily phone and email cases to optimize the customer service workflow and meet KPI’s
  • Communicate internally to all departments

  • Effective communication skills by phone and email
  • Time Management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience working in call center or in a customer service capacity
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English is a must .
  • Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
  • Ability and willingness to work as a part of an international and intercultural team.
