Our virtual team is currently expanding. Our current Operations Manager is going on maternity leave and we require a highly organised, fun and efficient Project Manager to oversee all of our projects, clients and virtual team of 10 and counting. Our team is currently located all over the world.
We are an Australian digital marketing agency specialising in audio marketing (first of its kind) and we run 2 x popular podcasts.
JOB DESCRIPTION
To help me focus exclusively on building the company and generating new clients I need someone who is an expert at handling quite a bit and is willing to tackle a range of varied tasks including, but not be limited to, the following:
- # 1 priority - Implementation of processes and systems with my virtual team of assistants, content writers, graphic designers, marketing team and audio editors
- Being across all projects in the business and able to update me at any given time on any particular project
- Being across the virtual team and knowing where everyone is up to and ensuring the team is operating efficiently
- Seeing issues before they arise, and proactively reporting to me
Other tasks may include:
- Calendar management
- Onboarding and interviewing new team members
- Offboarding team members who are not performing
- Making my life easier by helping with the organisation of tasks I have on my to-do list and acting as a PA when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Please note that most of the below are a 'must have,' not a 'nice to have.'
ENGLISH MUST BE YOUR FIRST LANGUAGE

I need someone with relevant experience. This is non-negotiable.
DOWNSIDES
Here are some fair expectations:
* I am a perfectionist. If you are not the same, it will probably make you insane.
* You will need to be self-directed and very self-organised. Besides inflexible deadlines, I will not provide a lot of structure. I assume you are bringing a lot of your own process and best practices.
* You need good mental and physical stamina.
